Certified Professional Coach™ Certification Process

1. Register for an approved CPC learning and application program:
   • Corporate training - for groups of 15 or more within a single organization; this process provided webinar or face-to-face delivery of negotiations.
   • Individual professional webinar - schedule (see WG schedule, tbd with negotiations staff)
   • Individual examination - for individuals having completed a negotiations course at an AASCB accredited institution, they may sit for the examination only. Transcripts are required.
   • Participation in an approved Professionalism: Effectively Applied Knowledge (PEAK™) program.
2. Upon completing the learning phase, participate in the applied testing experience (occurs over the course of one week)
3. Certification to Re-certification
   • CPC must keep their credentials by recertifying every two years;
   • Recertification is earn by participating in 24 hours of course study at the following approved programs providers: SLA certification CEUs courses for coaching, negotiations, leadership, or HR; approved SHRM Certification courses (must be a SHRM approved provider), a PMI approved provider, and/or a provider of Professionalism: Effectively Applied Knowledge (PEAK™) seminars totaling 3 credits or at least 24 hours.
