Eligibility
Individual's that have been involved with corporate contract negotiations with
employees, customers, vendors, or other business partners; minimum one year of
supervisory work overseeing employees in an operations role with at least a BA;
individuals working in a supervisory capacity with at least three years of
negotiations experience and no degree; individuals engaged in an approved AASCB
for-credit Professionalism: Effectively Applied Knowledge (PEAK™) program approved by the Strategic Learning Alliance.
The CPC is credentialed through the
Strategic Learning Alliance
for individuals in supervisory and non-exempt
positions as well as exempt-level professionals seeking to further distinguish
their applied professional experience within specific roles (e.g., SHRM, PMI,
or technical roles). Individuals must demonstrate their experience with
negotiations of a professional nature by accurately reflecting on the experience
and performance of at least two negotiations and outcomes. These experiences
are then balanced against an applied process learned through an approved CPC
provider program, and tested content.
