Eligibility

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

1. A bachelor's degree and up to one year of supervisory and/or HR support work experience.
2. An associate's degree and up to two years of supervisory and/or HR related work experience.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in a HR environment or related supervisory capacity without any higher education degree.
4. Be admitted to an approved provider program (SLA approval) listed on the HRA site and completing their Professionalism: Effectively Applied Knowledge (PEAK™) experience satisfactorily
