About HRA Program Providers

HRA education is provided via Strategic Learning Alliance (SLA) approved providers. Learners must engage in an approved Professionalism: Effectively Applied Knowledge (PEAK™) Series. Each learner will be awarded the HRA and a certificate of learning through an approved AASCB (top 15% rated university) accredited institute.

Wainwright Global, Inc. (WGI): this ten week program is provided by an approved AASCB collegiate program provider online. It uses the SHRM Essentials® as material based on their status as an approved provider for Society of Human Resource Management programs. 

HRA Career Development Program: the SLA has approved webinar providers listed on this site. For candidates seeking a one month learning and certification series, the webinars offer a combination of content learning and measured application by using the Career Development System™. This system helps learning understand, apply, and engage in non-exempt HR-related simulations prior to sitting for the exam. 

Exam Only Option: AASCB Credentialed colleges, or college programs listed on this site, are pre-approved by the SLA to allow learners to complete the testing experience alone. Learners must provide a transcript demonstrating completion of an HR related course in business or psychology with a minimum of 3.0 grade for the class.
