The CPL is credentialed through the Strategic Learning Alliance for individuals in supervisory and non-exempt positions as well as exempt-level professionals seeking to further distinguish their applied professional experience within specific roles (e.g., SHRM, PMI, or technical roles).
Individuals will demonstrate their ability to plan, manage, and lead strategic planning sessions; plan and coach another individual making effective use of performance and strength based tool; negotiate a team project to ensure alignment of the mission, roles, and goals, and model top-level executive reporting abilities. These requirements, tools, and exercises are managed by the approved educational program provider.
Successful participants can obtain a graduate certificate of learning, academic credits, and HRCI recertification credits through this provider.
